Products Description
Teardrop Pallet Racking System uses teardrop-shaped upright perforations and hook-in beam connectors commonly specified in North American warehouse projects. The beam levels can be repositioned without changing the complete rack structure, making the system suitable for changing pallet heights.
Unistar supplies teardrop upright frames, step beams and compatible wire mesh decks for warehouses in the United States and other American markets. Component dimensions and connector compatibility must be confirmed before supplying additions to an existing rack system.

Compatibility and Design Checks of Teardrop Pallet Racking System
Existing upright-hole shape and spacing must be measured.
Beam connector dimensions must match the upright.
Beam length is selected from pallet width and pallets per level.
Frame depth must match pallet depth and required overhang.
Load capacity depends on beam span, beam profile and level spacing.
Seismic requirements must be confirmed for the project location.
Replacement components should not be assumed to be universally interchangeable.
