Products Description

Heavy Duty Cantilever Racking System provides open-front storage for pipes, timber, steel bars, profiles and other long or irregular materials. Horizontal arms extend from central columns without front uprights obstructing the loading face.

Unistar supplies single-sided and double-sided cantilever racks with roll-formed or H-beam columns. Indoor powder-coated and outdoor hot-dip galvanized configurations are available according to the storage environment.

Heavy Duty Cantilever Racking System Configuration and Load Design

  • Current Unistar designs can support up to 1,000 kg per arm, subject to arm length and load position.

  • Arm length must match material depth and bundle dimensions.

  • Column spacing is determined by product length and allowable overhang.

  • H-beam columns are available for heavier applications.

  • Roll-formed columns can be considered for other load ranges.

  • Powder coating is suitable for normal indoor warehouses.

  • Hot-dip galvanizing is available for outdoor yards and wet environments.
