A warehouse mezzanine system creates one or more additional floor levels inside an existing high-clearance building. It allows unused vertical space to be converted into storage, picking, packing, assembly or other operational areas without extending the building footprint.
UNISTAR supplies two primary mezzanine configurations: rack-supported multi-tier mezzanines and independent free-standing mezzanines. The correct structure depends on whether the upper floor will be supported by storage racks or by dedicated structural columns.
