Products Description
VNA Forklift Guide Rail is installed at floor level along both sides of a very narrow aisle to guide specialized forklifts through the rack system. The truck’s guide wheels follow the rails, maintaining a controlled path without continuous manual steering.
Unistar coordinates the rail profile, aisle width and rack position with the VNA forklift dimensions. The guide rail should be designed as part of the complete VNA layout rather than ordered from aisle width alone.
Main Functions of VNA Forklift Guide Rail
Guide the VNA forklift through the aisle
Maintain consistent truck alignment
Reduce steering corrections inside narrow aisles
Protect lower rack areas from normal truck deviation
Support faster and more repeatable pallet positioning
Define the clear operating path within the aisle

VNA Forklift Guide Rail Installation Considerations
Rails must be straight and parallel through the complete aisle.
Rail spacing must follow the forklift manufacturer’s requirements.
Entry guides should allow the truck to engage smoothly.
Floor anchors must suit the slab condition.
Rail ends may require impact protection.
Pallet overhang must not conflict with the guide path.
Rack and guide-rail installation tolerances must be coordinated.
