Products Description
Carton Flow Racking System uses inclined roller tracks to move cartons, plastic bins and light components from the replenishment side to the picking side. It keeps products continuously available at the front of the rack and supports First-In, First-Out inventory rotation.
Unistar supplies carton flow racks with plastic rollers and galvanized or stainless steel rails. Lane dimensions and roller spacing are configured according to the size, weight and bottom condition of the carton or tote.
Operating Process of Carton Flow Racking System
Cartons or bins are loaded from the rear replenishment side.
Gravity moves each container toward the front picking position.
The next carton advances when the front carton is removed.
Separate replenishment and picking sides reduce worker interference.
Multiple lanes can be installed on each level for different SKUs.
Lane dividers can be used to maintain product separation.

Carton Flow Racking System Configuration Options
