Products Description
Pallet Rack Support Bar spans between the front and rear load beams to provide additional support beneath a pallet. It is commonly used when pallet runners do not obtain sufficient bearing on the main beams or when additional protection against pallet fall-through is required.
The bar profile and end connection must be matched to the existing step beams or box beams. Pallet support bars do not independently increase the rated capacity of the complete rack system.
Pallet Rack Support Bar Functions
Support pallet runners between the main rack beams
Reduce the risk of unsupported pallets falling between beams
Improve support for pallets with non-standard dimensions
Help position pallets consistently on the rack level
Provide an alternative to full wire mesh decking
Support selected hand-loaded applications when properly designed
Available Configurations of Pallet Rack Support Bar

Pallet Rack Support BarSelection Requirements
Support length must match the front-to-rear beam spacing.
End profiles must fit the exact beam shape.
Bar quantity per pallet depends on pallet runners and load distribution.
Pallet entry direction must be confirmed.
Load capacity must be evaluated with the complete rack level.
Existing beam and upright capacity should remain the governing rack rating.
Support bars should not be treated as replacements for damaged beams.
